Dance for Kindness

Dance for Kindness 2017 will take place on Sunday November 12th. This is the 3rd year Broadway Performing Arts Center will be participating. We encourage all students and parents to register and help us spread kindness.

Dance for Kindness is a WorldWide FlashMob in honor of World Kindness Day, orchestrated by Life Vest Inside, a non-profit organization that inspires, empowers and educates people of all backgrounds to lead a life of kindness.

Miss Tina & Miss Nia have been teaching the choreography for the event in the Jazz classes. Below you will find dates and times for parents and other students to come into the studio to learn the dance. There is also a tutorial that will be sent to all who register to practice or learn the dance at their own convenience.

Below are also some steps to help spread the word and get everyone on board and excited.

  5. DFK Gear! Each registered participant will receive a DFK Official T-shirt ($10).

Come learn the dance on Mondays 7:30-8:30 or learn from the tutorial.

Miss Tina has a much more involved role this year as a group leader and BPAC parents will be responsible for travel to the rehearsal and event on November 12th, details will be sent closer to the day.

All proceeds goes toward Life Vest Inside, a non-profit organization that inspires, empowers and educates people of all backgrounds to lead a life of kindness.
